Practical Skills Day

Spend the day learning new skills and picking up ideas you can take back to your section or group.

Choose seven practical skills sessions from a range of hands-on activities, from fire-lighting to mini-pioneering. Each session lasts 45 minutes, giving you plenty of opportunities to learn, practise and try something different.

The Skills Day is open to all adult volunteers, whether you’re attending another event or simply joining us for Saturday.

Want to make a weekend of it? Stay overnight, enjoy the campfire and join one of the Sunday activities. Camping is free.
